The British company Hybrid Air Vehicles, announced today that the envelope of their prototype vehicle, the Airlander 10, has been re-inflated with helium at the company's leased facilities in Cardington, England.

The Airship Association is supporting Rob Knotts at a STEM Event in Oldham on 30 June 2016, where he will run a stand to introduce LTA to school-children. LTA covers a range of scientific principles, which can be put into practice at a model scale, but which also provides some un-expected challenges.
Mr Don Cameron of Cameron Balloons has agreed to take over the role of President of the Airship Association on the retirement of Dr Bernd Straeter. Dr Straeter has held the position since 2010, and had been very active in his support of the Association, and particuarly supportive with the bi-annual conferences.
