Results of the first phase of a rigid airship "D-20" creation for cargo transportation with lifting capacity up to 20 tons are considered. An airship feature is the opportunity of cargo transportation both on an outside load and inside of a vehicle hull. The constructive outside and inside scheme diagrams of the airship is appreciated. Forms and sizes of the power hull and tail are determined. Configuration of a cargo cabin, structure and preliminary accommodation of the equipment are considered. basic aerodynamic and performance characteristics are determined. Questions of airship mooring technology and feature of loading-unloading processes are considered.
